Deb at Dixon Place in NYC - Oct 12!

I had such a great time reading some new monologues at Dixon Place in New York City on Wednesday Oct 12! Dixon Place is a wonderful little performance space at 258 Bowery, which is trying to raise funds for an incredible new theatre they're building. Ellie Covan is the amazing artistic director who has been an institution on the New York performance scene for nearly 20 years. Thank you, Ellie, for letting me workshop some new material while I was in town!

I got a small co-starring role on Desperate Housewives! In the second episode of the new season, which aired October 2, 2005. I'm "Woman #1" -- in a scene with Bree and Rex's mother.

"Power in the Blood" at Alliance Rep in Burbank...

The play "Power in the Blood" at The Alliance Rep Theatre Co was a fun show, with an extended run that closed Sept 17. It's a drama set in the deep South about a young boy who has the stigmata, and how people in his life exploit him. Or do they...? I played the boy's boozed-up, oversexed sister. FUN!

Thanks to all who came to see the show!
